Ferney Machado, expert in coffee tasting, invites us to live a real sensory experience that goes beyond simple discovery, by exposing the way in which smell and taste are stimulated and merge with the flavor of coffee in the mouth. ACOUSTIC FLOWS IN VERDUN
Maria Hoyos for Martin Rodriguez for Victor Vargas
This exhibition offers a space of resonance to the voices of women and men from South America to open a territory of dialogue with the North. Presented as part of Voix des Amériques, the 13 ° edition of the Festival LatinArte, this exhibition presents the work of four Latin-Quebecois creators who take a lucid look and attentive listening to the stories of migratory flows.
The works echo the rising voices of workers, migrants and agricultural and seasonal workers, among others. With a decentralized and ethical vision, the artists put forward the experiences of actors little represented in the cultural scene and in the collective memory of the metropolis. These narratives reflect the complexity of the impacts of globalization, human flows and geopolitical dynamics. They put to the test the notion of the territory as a symbolic place loaded with their personal and collective experiences.

TIZIANO CRUZ
Manifesto for a world
The festive parade that leads us from Place Émilie-Gamelin to the theater is already political. Surrounded by a local Andean group, megaphone in hand, Tiziano Cruz announces the color of the ritual to which he invites us. A performance to exorcise centuries of mistreatment and invisibilization. A spotlight on the defolorized culture of the indigenous communities of northern Argentina where he grew up. And a sharp criticism of the powers that orchestrate discrimination, exclusion and perpetuate injustices. Including the art market.
