Americanos Magazine may ask you to provide personally identifiable information, which is information that could be used to identify you as a specific individual, such as your name or e-mail address (“Personal Information”) and other information about you, such as demographic information (your gender, zip code or other similar information) or certain information about your preferences and interests. Americanos Magazine may collect Personal Information and other information about you in various places and ways on our website or social networks, including on registration forms, when you submit a question to us, or when you communicate or interact with us. If we combine demographic or similar information with the personal information we collect, we will treat it as personal information under this privacy policy.
We will not use the information provided through these features to contact you for marketing purposes unrelated to your request unless we disclose otherwise at the time you submit your request.

Please note that anything you post in one of our community forums is public. Information you choose to post or make available in community forums may be viewed, collected and used by others. If you choose to voluntarily post them, the protections of this privacy policy will not cover your disclosure of such information or content. Americanos Magazine may publish user content online or offline in any medium or format (currently existing or later developed). Under applicable law, we may also use the content, or any part of the content, in advertising, marketing, publicity and promotional content activities.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all materials that are included in or are otherwise a part of the Internet sites (including past, present and future versions of the site), including, but not limited to: graphics, design, text, instructions, images, audio, videos, layouts, ringtones, wallpapers, games, contests, voting, technology, applications, players, artwork, information, data, designs, compilations, advertising text, logos, domain names, American Magazine logos, trademarks and service marks, and any other product and service names of Americanos Magazine that are trade dress of Americanos Magazine (the “Americanos Magazine Marks”), any and all copyrighted material (including source and object code), the compilation, assembly and arrangement of the Site; and all other materials related to the Site are owned, controlled or licensed by Americanos Magazine Inc. , its subsidiaries or affiliates are protected from unauthorized use, copying and dissemination by copyright, trademark, patent and other laws, rules, regulations and international treaties. Except as expressly set forth in these Terms or as otherwise expressly granted to you in writing by Americanos Magazine. Any and all rights to use any of the Materials that are not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved to Americanos Magazine. Nothing contained in these Terms shall affect, impair, or limit in any way Americanos Magazine’s rights to exploit to the fullest extent any or all of the Materials.
You acknowledge and agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, aid or assist in contesting or challenging the validity or ownership of the Materials, or take any action in derogation of Americanos Magazine’s rights therein. You acknowledge and agree that you will not acquire or claim any rights in the Materials, or assist or abet any other person in doing so.
The Materials may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Americanos Magazine, unless and except as expressly provided in these Terms. Any other use of the Americanos Magazine Materials or Marks without the prior written permission of Americanos Magazine is strictly prohibited.

You may visit our Sites without further permission from Americanos Magazine Inc. and Americanos Magazine grants you a non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, non-transferable, limited, personal license to use, download, view and reproduce the Materials. This license is subject to your full compliance with these Terms. By downloading Materials for use, you agree and must: (a) keep intact all copyright and intellectual property rights; (b) not make any modifications to the Materials; and (c) not permit or assist any third party (whether or not for your benefit) to copy or adapt any object code associated with the Sites or reverse engineer, modify or attempt to discover any code associated with the Sites. You also agree that you will not, including through the use of any robot, or other data mining technology or process, frame, mask, extract data, copy or distribute the materials.
Except as expressly set forth elsewhere in these Terms, nothing in these Terms shall be construed to grant you any right or license to enter into sub-licensing or redistribution agreements with respect to any portion of the Materials or otherwise rent, sell, lease, loan, transfer, assign, transmit, load onto any computer or wireless device, sublicense, distribute or permit access to the Materials. You agree that you will not charge any person or entity to view, listen to, or otherwise access any of the Materials, or disseminate any Materials in any manner to the public (whether free of charge or for a fee).
You may not use the Site for any purpose or in any manner that infringes the rights of any third party. Americanos Magazine encourages you to report any content on the Sites that you believe infringes your rights. Only the owner of the intellectual property rights or the person authorized to act on the owner’s behalf may report infringing facts. If you have a good faith belief that content on the Sites infringes your copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, please follow the procedures set forth below.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), Americanos Magazine has a designated agent to receive notifications of copyright infringement and Americanos Magazine follows the detection and takedown procedures of the DMCA. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide Americanos Magazine’s copyright agent with the following information required by the Copyright Infringement Online Warranty Limitations Act of the DMCA, 17 USC 512: (A) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (B) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site; (C) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; (D) information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party; (E) a statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (F) a statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
If you believe that any content on our site infringes your rights other than copyright, please provide Americanos Magazine with the following information: (A) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (B) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material; (C) an explanation of why you are the copyright owner and why you believe the content infringes your rights sufficient for us to evaluate your complaint; and (D) accurate contact information for us to contact you. Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying Americanos Magazine of claims that your copyrighted material or other intellectual property has been infringed.
We have a policy of removing users who (in our reasonable judgment) are repeat infringers.
It is often difficult to determine whether your intellectual property rights have been infringed or whether the requirements of the DMCA have been met. We may request additional information before removing any infringing material. If a dispute develops as to the correct owner of the rights in question, we reserve the right to remove your content along with that of the alleged infringer until resolution of the issue.
Our website may offer you the opportunity to participate in message boards, chat rooms and other public chat spaces (“Community Forums”) and may provide you the opportunity, through such features or otherwise, to submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, publish, distribute or broadcast content and materials to Americanos Magazine or a site, including, without limitation, comments, ideas, feedback, suggestions and other content. You remain the owner of your content, but you acknowledge that Americanos Magazine has a license from you in order to accept your content. You grant Americanos Magazine an unrestricted, unrestricted, unconditional, unlimited, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, license to host, use, copy, distribute, reproduce, disclose, sell, resell, sublicense, display, perform, transmit, publish, broadcast, modify and create derivative works from, reformat, translate, archive, store, cache or exploit in any way, all or any part of your user content for any purpose in all formats; through any media, software, formula or medium now known or later developed; and with any technology or devices now known or later developed and to advertise, market and promote the same. You further agree that Americanos Magazine is free to use any ideas, concepts or techniques contained in any content you submit to our website, for any purpose, including, without limitation, developing, manufacturing and marketing products and or services using such user content; or creating informational articles based on advertising or our products and services, and without obligation, remuneration or attribution of any kind to you or any other person. In addition, you perpetually and irrevocably grant Americanos Magazine the unconditional right to use and exploit your name, personality and likeness included in any User Content and in connection with any User Content, without any obligation, remuneration or attribution of any kind to you or any other person. You further authorize Americanos Magazine to publish your User Content in a searchable format that can be accessed by users of the Sites and the Internet. Except as prohibited by law, you waive any moral rights you may have in any User Content you submit, even if such User Content is altered or changed in a manner not acceptable to you. You agree that: (1) you own the rights to the content that you submit and the right to grant all rights and licenses in these Terms; or (2) you have all necessary rights and licenses from the owner(s) of these rights to enter into these Terms and grant these licenses.
You further acknowledge and agree that if Americanos Magazine fails to do so, it shall have no obligation to review, monitor, display, accept or exploit any Content you submit to us and Americanos Magazine may in its sole discretion, delete, move, reformat, edit, alter, distort, remove or refuse to exploit User Content at any time without notice or liability to you or any other party. You understand that User Content shall not be maintained on the Site by us for any period of time and we reserve the right to remove it at any time. All of your User Content is your sole responsibility. This means that you, and not Americanos Magazine, are entirely responsible for all User Content that you submit, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available through our sites. If you post personal information to the publicly available areas of the Sites hereunder, you may receive unsolicited messages from third parties. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any User Content, including, without limitation, any errors or omissions in User Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of User Content.
